Great news, that could start the next CD-i hype already! I knew you'd come back, but it surprises me you're back so fast! Does that mean the Dreamcast version Frog Feast will be one of the last Frog feast games? Has the time come for a new round of Connaone conversions? I'd love it. How about the l...

Rastersoft project demo available for CDi

The CD-i version of the next project demo is now available from: http://www.rastersoft.net/project/ Like the Jaguar version, the demo is interactive. This version only has one character on screen. The second character would require the support of different height sprites, which isn't in the code cur...

Definitely an interesting read.

You can't beat being given money to design something that truely never gets tested. Unless, part of the contract is based on royalties.

The Nuon was known as DVD-Interactive. I wonder if they're related?

Great Tandy VIS site. What's the difference between the MD 2500 and MD 5200? I have the Memorex MD 2500. It would be interesting to see if software could be developed for the system.

Sorry, for the off topic post.

$20-$25 is average for a 220 in the US, but look to pay $15-$20 for shipping: Here's one at $10 with $15 shipping (Although it has almost 6 days left): http://cgi.ebay.com/Philips-CDI-220-Player-with-DVC-CD-i-video-game-system_W0QQitemZ300161864408QQihZ020QQcategoryZ62054QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmd...

Found three I couldn't live without. $14.39 for three titles shipped, Wooowee!

Almost snagged a joystick adapter, I guess I need a little more incentive. :P

I'm not sure, I haven't heard anything other than a total of 10 copies sold a few months ago.

That sounds like it won't offer any better interactivity than the current DVD standard.

Re: Final Days Of GamGator2000 CD-i Sales On eBay . . .

Well, tomorrow everybody and their brother will see the beginning of the end on eBay! That should be worth checking out. Are you leaving Ebay completely? And, the most important question, are you a big Tom and Jerry fan? You can tell us the truth, we won't laugh (too hard). :P That's quite ...

Here's an ad I threw together for the game (Scaled down from print resolution):

The ad was slightly inspited by Kemco ads from the early 90's.

HD DVD and Blu-ray offer a better interactive experience. Blu-ray uses Java. I'm not exactly sure what HD DVD uses.

I'm 'old skool' really - love Frog Feast so much because it's a new release with packaging and a picture on the CD. It's now a part of my collection. I've not embraced 'burning' stuff and MP3 etc yet! Maybe in the future. I'm starting to sound OLD aren't I? Hehe, old is a state of mind. I'm just tr...

From your description I'd assume something in the form of a simple PopCap game. If this were the case I wouldn't even bother going through the trouble of burning a CD. For $10 an ISO purchase would interest me as far as CD-i games go. Of course I'd always like to see a bigger better game in full-sc...
