I would definitely buy new games between the prices you stated, as long as they are on CD! Have you thought any more about our ''Super off Road'' clone? No, I was trying to put together a quick game for NWCGE for OlderGames. It's just not going to happen, there wasn't enough time. Here's a mockup t...

Homebrew Interest?
Would you consider purchasing smaller homebrew CD-I games starting at $10 to $13? At this price, only the CD with professionally printed label would be included. More expensive packages would be available. Assuming you would purchase the games, would you be more likely to buy just the CD or a full p...

Anyway, OmniFlop only makes disc image. You still need OS9 software to reach the files in that image; I believe there is something called OS9Tools that does this. Omniflop can read and write disks. I used it to create X68000 floppies. It's a 'common' OS-9 term: http://www.reischke.de/dtr/formats.ht...

Omniflop and CD-I floppy format
The latest version of OmniFlop (http://www.shlock.co.uk/Utils/OmniFlop/OmniFlop.htm) lists the OS-9/68K 3.5" DD 38W7 format. Is this format supported by professional players?
The 38w7 format is an OS-9 RBF format, but I cannot find a description of the format.

As for a future game, to go with my suggestion as discussed with Devin, how about a game based on ''Worms'' concept? That is a classic game. Or, for a more ambitious project, how about the original 'top down' version of Grand Theft Auto (Cd-i has always embraced top down games hasn't it?) I like Wo...

The files were not created with ACU Shell, though; much too slow. Codim used a hardware encoding board (very rare and treated with extreme care; I think it was produced by Sony). That was then, this is now! :) I wonder if a modern PC would be faster than the board today? It probably wouldn't take a...

Rastervision! Clever :D Yep, unfortunately that would have to go with a full release. Nice shots Charles, but it's not a final decision yet i assume? I call CD-i to be the first version ;) I need to find a game concept that will expand it into a full game. Being developed as an Atari 2600 st...

Nice story! I'll watch closely to any new developments of your next game! Maybe..... Rise of the Frogs? What kind of game are you going for next? It's been difficult to settle on an idea for the next game. I've considered reworking a PC game that I developed a few years ago. It was developed for a ...

Frog Feast - The story of the first two years
The 'brief' story of the first two years of Frog Feast has been released:

It includes quotes from three people well known in the CD-i community.
Of course, if you wish to have your comments removed, please send me a PM.
