My gamertag is "djZM"

Listing my XBLA games though is another story altogether.. I think I have 70+..

Uh-oh, I just noticed you've been playing the new Splatterhouse!

I picked up a Dreamcast again a couple of weeks ago and have been playing it quite a bit. Just a variety of stuff.

I don't have them (I have just played them in the past), but I see what you are saying.. On the other hand though, I am assuming that the video quality is much better in the CD-i version thanks to the DVC. I also didn't care for the first space shooter segment in the other versions (I mean, it was o...

I agree that it wasn't particularly interesting as far as being historically accurate (I don't think it was meant to be), but it's nice to see someone reminiscing about it in a good way, if you know what I mean.

Does Creature Shock use the DVC? I have tried it on other platforms (3DO and Saturn to be specific) and thought it was interesting, but I admit I got fairly lost in the first FMV/adventure area and never made it very far at all! :)

That's great news. I was under the impression that it may be like the 3DO mouse where it only functions on certain games. Of course I will only be looking to use it with point and click titles, but the CD-i seems to have quite a few of these. Heck, controlling the 7th Guest more like its PC counterp...

If I were Philips, I would have really pushed to have a killer-app as a pack-in, at least on the game-oriented systems. On the DVC console bundles especially I would have bundled the 7th Guest. I am fairly certain the was still selling well on the PC in '94 (a year after it came out, when the CD-i v...

CD-i mouse compatibility list?

It looks like new old-stock CD-i mice have been found and made available on eBay. They are relatively cheap, so I thought about picking one up. Searching the forum I found this thread ( http://cdinteractive.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2054&highlight=mouse ) that names off a few titles that are compa...

Atlantis really interests me. I love a good Wolfenstein clone. Hell, I love a half-assed Wolfenstein clone. From the few screenshots I've seen and what I think is a short YouTube clip, that's at least what it looks like. I'd really like to find a copy of this and try it out for myself. /rant It look...

I am interested in the Alice & Wonderland one myself.. But is it a game, or more of an edutainment title? I've heard great things about Defender of the Crown as well, but.. I'm not sure if it's the kind of game I would spend a lot of time with. Still awaiting my CD-i to arrive.. I'm getting rather a...

Okay, I'm gonna pop Golden Oldies in again and give it a whirl. Perhaps I can articulate my dissapointment with it better after playing it. Austin, I have some duplicate Cd-i games. If you maybe wanted to trade or something, pm me. I'd like to hear your (up-to-date) thoughts on it. Also, I'll shoot...

Hm, interesting. Maybe I will pick up Zenith then if it tends to go for that price. It actually looks quite good and I sort of wish I knew about it in the '90s. As far as Golden Oldies, the movement on everything seemed choppy like some other CD-i titles are. Granted, I admit I was viewing it on my ...

Hm, ok, I will avoid the Golden Oldies series then. I managed to find a video on YouTube of one of them and I wasn't impresed--They really do seem like the typical lazy CD-i effort. Ah, forgot about Tetris though. Slap that one onto the list, haha. That was one of the ones I owned before and enjoyed...

What are some decent games for the CD-i?

Hey everyone.. So, I won a CD-i 550 on eBay today and will hopefully receive it next week. I already have several games in mind that I want to get again that I've owned before, including the 7th Guest, Chaos Control, Lemmings, Burn:Cycle, Mystic Midway: Rest in Pieces, Voyeur and Flashback. Asides f...
