that really depends on what you want it for and how much youre willing to spend. if you just want a cheap one to play games then a 450 would do. if you want one that can play movies too than you should get one with integrated DVC. if you want a portable player the 370 is the best I think. if you wan...

which player is best for CD-DA?
sometime in the future I will buy a CD-i just specifically to play Digital Audio CDs connected up with an amplifier and speakers. so basically I want to know what is the best cd-i player to use in a sound system? I was thinking maybe a Philips 490 or Grundig 110E?

you'll be lucky to find a private sale for the first 4 as they are among the most expensive CD-i games. people sell them on eBay to get the most amount of money for them. you can get a new sealed johnny rock for peanuts though, try UK or US ebay or from good deal games - http://www.gooddealgames.com...
