RetroGamer Hacked

Post by Devin » Sun Feb 11, 2007 3:49 pm

Why do we maintain regular backups? Have a look at RetroGamers Forums!

Some sod just deleted a load of great threads. It's a great pity but maybe inevitable. After a surge in SPAM similar to CDinteractive not more than a month back Imagine seemed to turn a blind eye. The RetroGamer community is pretty much destroyed... for now at least. Although I'm sure they'll bounce back, damned hackers

It's one of the few advantages for CD-i being small and unknown ;)

Although I remember the hack of CD-i Collective. Stupid people they are, It always cost a lot of work to repair, but the backups are VERY important!
