Not the best choice of links I would have used as they claim to have pretty much used a bootlegged version of the Emu, but Personalyl I dont know why the cutscenes are like that. Is it a Burnt ISO of the game or is it the actual original disc that your using?

It was just a file I found somewhere on the internet.
