WTB: CD-I 220 / good timekeeper
Hi,
I am looking to buy a CD-I with a Digital Video Card.
Preferably model 220 But I will consider any offers at all.
Since this is hard to come by,
this WTB is also on a couple of other forums, but I will edit right away once I buy one.

Nice items on eBay UK right now, if you don't mind paying for shipping to the USA.
CDI 210 (Boxed w/DV Cart)
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/PHILIPS-CDI-video ... 286.c0.m14
CDI 220? (Unboxed)

Not looked on eBay USA yet though

US Auctions
(Although they tend to go for more in US ebay for some reason)
CDI 220 (Unboxed)
http://cgi.ebay.com/Phillips-CDI-Intera ... 286.c0.m14
MAGNAVOX CDI
http://cgi.ebay.com/MAGNAVOX-CDI-INTERA ... 286.c0.m14
CDI 220 (Unboxed)
http://cgi.ebay.com/CDI-Compact-Disc-In ... 286.c0.m14
CDi 910 (Unboxed but with loads of "Not for Resale CDS"
http://cgi.ebay.com/Philips-CDi-910-gam ... 286.c0.m14
CDI 220 (unboxed)
http://cgi.ebay.com/Philips-CDi-220-Pla ... 286.c0.m14
There is more but to be honest, I'd get the CDI-210 on the previous post from the UK, Its in original box and only £19.99 + postage (Around £50?)

I've been searching for CD-I's on Ebay (including the UK, German and French sites) for over three weeks now and haven't found anything like that!
The search term I had been using was "philips cd-" or just "cd-i", and it did bring a little stuff up, but not anything like what you found, which was why I was getting desperate.
After looking at your links, I tried using just "cdi" and then narrowing by category. I have no idea why I didn't think of that before.
So there are a lot more on Ebay than I thought.
I've found the most to be on the UK Ebay, German Ebay, and French Ebay.
I'm also going to try and put an ad out locally.
I need to look into what sort of converter to go from UK power plugs to US power plugs. And also a transformer for the voltage difference.
Would doing this burn out the system faster?
Anyway, thanks for pointing me in the right direction, I'll report back when I get one....
