Anything relating to CD-i can be discussed in this forum. From the multiple hardware iterations of the system to the sofware including games, reference, music and Video CDs. A friend of mine gave me these babies. Nice cover art, too bad that's where anything that's good about these games ends.

Now I just need the other Zelda game & Hotel Mario and I'll be set.

Have you ever fully played them? I spent many hours playing Zelda: Wand of Gamelon and if the cover art was all that was good about this game, I would have stopped playing far earlier
Considering your friend gave it to you now, I don't think you know

"Good" is relative when it comes to these games. When compared to the Nintendo made Zelda games they are terrible. When compared to the rest of the CD-i library, and viewed less as a Zelda game and more as fantasy adventure/platformers they are decent (but only if you are playing w/a real controller)
I think Wand of Gamelon is the better of the two. Even though I'd rather play as Link, atleast they eliminated the whole weapon swapping thing.

Well I have played them before getting these. I have CDs that are completely artless *cough* so I got to experience them.
I have to agree that Wand of Gamelon is better than Faces of Evil but my mind always tries to compare them to Nintendo's LoZ games, specifically The Adventure of Link (due to the side view), and I just want to cry a little. I must confess I only have a Thumbstick and Mouse for controllers.
