Post in here what CD-i players you own, look at it as a survey of the CD-i community so keep it simple one post per user. You can come back and edit your post at anytime. Be interesting to see what sort of mix of players you all have. Here's my list:

Here are mine (currently in storage as I've recently emigrated):

Philips CD-i 605T/20 (tray, not caddy) authoring system
2 x Philips CD-i 210 (unsure of exact revisions, both use earlier shell)
Philips CD-i 470 (again unsure of exact revision)

I also have a HiSoft SMD-100, a small-ish black box that plugs into a 2x or faster SCSI CD-ROM drive at one end and a SCART TV at the other. It plays VideoCDs (1.x and 2.x) and also the Digital Video On CD-i discs.

Regards,

- Ali

605 with cart

Just sold my 220/60 and about all other hw and sw to a Dutch guy :)

Hopefully, I'll soon sell the 605 too :D - if the emulator works well. I really don't have room for all that old stuff anymore, but would like to keep playing about 20 titles I kept.

Nah, Philips CDi mouse, trackball and gamepad (the bulky one, not the old Nintendo-lookalike :))

Reminds me, I better invite the guy over here :)

I really need to get a DVC soon

But it still works fine after all these years so no need for me to get another one

Did the 450 also have a version with a DVC that you can't take out anymore? Or were are players with built-in cartridges just normal cartridges you could plug out and in again...?

That's a question I've been asking myself recently, funnily enough!

Is the 500/550 (not sure which!) simply a 450 with a DVC already inserted? Don't have one of these myself so can't say for certain!
