Modifyed dead controllers for use on PC, Need housings.

Dose anyone have dead CDI contollers (910 style original) I want to try to build a board for them, my idea is to use the logic from a programable 6 button USB controller and a dead CDI controller to make USB controllers for people who need them for use with emulators and so on, they will be recasts of the original housings but I first need to make the molds from the old originals.
I need to make them as close to the good old originals as possible so they have the feel and shape and look (minus the USB cable unless I can build a wireless system, witch will be harder to do.) as the originals.
I don't want to hurt working controllers only unfixable dead units will do.
