Stickying it when finished is a great idea, IMO. Properly catalogued CD-i information is tough to come by and a full games list like this for easy access will be a very useful tool. :)

I think there's more titles to be added to this list as well, just need to do more research.

Hello,
Philips switched to regular jewelcase formats in 1993 when large stores didn't want to buy new shelves just for this CD-i format. It was some kind of compromise to get it into shops more easily, as the jewelcase format was far more accepted (and cheaper)

I think the switch came around the release of Inca, marking some games that were released in big boxes (first batch) and jewelcase formats <second batch).

So all games released in 1991 and 1992 are all available in big boxes. Releases from 1993 (Like Zelda from Animation Magic in March 1993 and Inca (summer) are in both big boxes and jewelcase formats. 7th Guest was also printed in a big box format, but games like The Apprentice I've never seen in a big box version. The switch should be around autumn 1993. All games after that date, just got a jewelcase release.

Eventually all CD-i game got a re-release in jewelcase format (in Europe)

By the way,
Since the start of Interactive Dreams I tried to capture a full CD-i games list including the developer which you can still find on the bottom of the Interactive Dreams frontpage.

It doesn't include children games like Sesame Street and Paint School but those are printed in seperate articles on the site. You can also find the complete list of official videocd's.

If a title is missing, I'm happy to add it to the list!

I've updated the list and filtered out what I think are unreleased.

It would be good to add regions to this info, i'm sure this info is on Blackmoon Project or Interactive Dreams so will look for it and add soon :)

You could add Link: De Gezichten van het Kwaad, on the list, it's the dutch version of Link: The Faces of Evil.
I don't know if there was a big box or anything like that but I have the jewel case.
Philips CDi 210, Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, Game Boy Advance SP, 3DS, N64, Game Cube, PS1, PSone, PS2, PS3 slim, PSP, Xbox, Xbox 360, PC.

There are loads more language versions of games like that. Some games have different versions in German, French and Italian:
_Mad Dog 2: The Lost Gold (where The Lost Gold is translated)
-Thunder in Paradise
-Link Faces of Evil
-Zelda Wand of Gamelon
-Alice in Wonderland,
-Voyeur

Unfortunately I don't remember the translated titles...
