hmm thats weird! Never heard of that. It doesnt look like a commercial game. More something that was made for a power company or something.. You know.. build your own powercompany.. but the boxart suggests differently.. weird one.
Alan.. where did you get this, can you shed some light? Or Bas?!

i don't know anything about this, i got the scan from Alan...
