Do you own any prototypes or beta versions...?

Anything relating to CD-i can be discussed in this forum. From the multiple hardware iterations of the system to the sofware including games, reference, music and Video CDs. Maybe you hold an interest in Philips Media and the many development houses set up to cater for CD-i if so then this is the forum.

I have a Burn:Cycle demonstration disc but the inclusion of 'Activated' in your statement interests me. Does it state that on the disc itself?

Depends if you catch a couple of collectors in a bidding war or not!

To me the worth would be £5 at most but I'd imagine others going North of £50!

Never posted this here, but I've got a beta/test disc of Myst. It's a great way to just experience the game atmosphere a bit, as it lets you warp to all locations :D

It's been a good while since I booted it up, but I believe it has an options menu which offer the ability to warp around. The disc also allows you to see all the scenes and there is an alternative transition option when going to different screens in the game I believe. Sorry, it's been a good while, I just recently saw it in my stack of CD-i's again, right next to P.A.W.S., guess that was my special section :D.

I found out that I have a Micro Machines preview version, I don't know if it's rare or not but it's pretty neat!

I have that Micro Machines disc. No idea on the rarity of it though. Playing it convinced me to buy the full game. Despite the lack of inspiration w/the Cd-i port, I'm glad to own it.

Yeah I want to check out the full game too, seems like it's really fun.
And racing games is my favorite genre. ;)

if you have any unreleased game a site like Gametronik will probably host it. Otherwise just upload it to any filesharing host and post it on the Assembler games forum or something
