Gamepad wanted

I'm after a gamepad to use with a CD-i 370 and wondered what people's experience of them was. Is there a preferred controller that works better. I have looked on ebay and they are often available, but then some of the posts on here suggest that certain models won't work with the 370? Any advice welcomed, thanks. Ads.
