Yes I just got a philips cdi 910 from ebay.Anyway I hooked up the yellow rca jack to the back of my tv to the video socket.And when I turned on my philips cdi.There's no play cdi button on the tv screen.Can anyone out there please help me.Or is it becuase I need a battery.Or do I need the digital video cartridge.Please help!!!!!

the play button only appears when a playable cd-i disc is inserted, so be sure a true CD-i disc is in it. That was the first thing that came into my head, but probably it's obvious.
