Backing up my CD-I games

Hey there,
I have like 200 CD-I discs but i want to copy some of them (for personal use only)
My question is, how can i do this? Can i just use nero (7.0) i have tried it but i get all kinds of errors when it is burning the disc.
Is it also possible to rip them and save them on my hard-disc? And if yes, how?
