Yeah, I couldn't believe it was THAT long.
This was a period when I was really into my training sessions for a couple hours everyday on top of a 10 hour shift. I've drifted into lazy territory again recently!! Really should get back into it and get in shape once more whilst maintaining a healthy dose of CD-i News of course
