Little problem here...

Post by LuigiBlood » Sat Jan 15, 2011 7:41 pm

I just changed my PC, with better hardware, and with Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, and for some reason : I can't start anything. Not even the BIOS.

I have three BIOS ROMs, two of them used Mono-I boards (i think, but at least one of them uses it).
And CD-i Emulator says i've exceeded the time limit, AT 00:00.04 !
Which is obviously wrong.

CD-i Fan, if you can do something about it...
I'm french, so sometimes my english can be wrong.

Is that v0.5.2 or the v0.5.3-beta1 version? Doesn't ring any bells here...

The problem has been confirmed by someone else using Win7 x64.
It works find on x86, though.

I'll get to debugging...

Now this is weird. It used to work fine.

I'll look into it tonight.

I found the problem. It's generic and not related to Windows version or x86/x64 issues.

There were some leftover vestiges from date-limit checking in earlier versions that erroneously started triggering earlier this month.

The problem is fixed and I will release a new beta tomorrow (have to do a little cleanup in the development version first).
