Several "point and shoot" games are best played with the mouse.
Off the top of my head I can name the following:
Escape from Cyber City
Burb:Cycle
Mad Dog McCree
Mad Dog II
CD Shoot (I think)

7th Guest and Myst is originally made for a mouse so I'd say it's good to use the mouse with those kind of games.
