Philips today launched the network player for all sorts of online content. One of this is a new division called Philips Games.
The services are hosted via the Streamium Network, which Philips set up as a download service. Here, you can download the new Philips games, on your TV.

Bas, most of the latter pictures in your article show up as "Tom's hardware guide"; this is probably a bug somewhere?
The streamium is supposed to play Java games (or so I think), but I'm hard pressed to find info about programmability or even capability (CPU, MHz, MB, etc). Also, on various forums around the buyers seem somewhat disappointed with Philips' support and such.

Yeah Nice piece of kit.. Philips is really getting back in shape I think, they have a host of interesting innovative products lately..

- Clothes with moving/changing lights in them..
Hope they keep it up...
