Maybe you hold an interest in Philips Media and the many development houses set up to cater for CD-i if so then this is the forum.

what title did they produce (not publish) the last?
I guess Labyrinth of Crete comes really close... Or Atlantis.

My guess would be Atlantis as well, released in 1997 when Philips Media was being deconstructed during 1996.

I would assume they kept "Philips Media" as a publishing label with the studios and intellectual material being sold off only.
