CD-i Websites Survey 2005

Care for a little test? In addition to the recent changes (remember this?) you may be interested to see this. (yet a bit controversial?)

Unfortunately every forum seems to have its own club of posters, which is a real shame within this very small community. However, I'm sure I'm going to bump the subject every now and then, but i'll leave you with this poll, for now.

Let us know the reasons as well, because that's the most interesting ofcourse...

Go on - Polls seem to strike your interest in a more easier way!

Guess I should remain impartial on the vote!!

On the forum angle, I always believed a central forum would benefit the CD-i Community. Even more so when I took on the responsibility of a CD-i hosting service initially with the ICDIA through the now established CDinteractive network. So it made sense to maintain a completely seperate forum through CDinteractive which every hosted website subscribes to. Of course all this was terribly timed and coincided with the launch of Le Monde Du CD-i who have worked very hard on a highly integrated website/forum system. Obviously we have our own objectives which conflicted with what had already been created. On the one hand an integrated website/forum and the other a hosting service providing a central forum system.

well, you shouldn't vote for the forums, but only for the resources, reader-friendly interface, whatever...

But I'm afraid it will be very visible most Black Moon members are visiting this forum; most Le Monde members are visiting their forum - Separation complete...

And I don't have a forum at all. I don't even have members... :(
So if I get one vote, you know where that came from :p

you've already got two votes here!

I should benefit the site which offers the most/best information, not because of a chat function which is hardly used (on any CD-i site), and updates are not always that common. Nonetheless the past months were excellent months for CD-i as a whole!

Why do you always want to get a prize

Mainly i would like to see the differences between the same poll over at different websites.

And when people can give arguments about their choice, we all can take advantage of it i guess!

Thanks Devin! And I voted for you... :)
Very true, Bas. The importance is that we KNOW why a certain site gets a higher rating than another.

I used to be soooo proud of my number one spot on the Top Site list of "The World of CD-i"... But it was taken from me... "My precious"
I guess I suddenly must have dropped to the 22nd place.
Politics, man. What can you do about it...

what kind of nonsense is that? Did you argue with them!!

but seriously, do you have any faith in this at all!!

I sent them an e-mail, and no, I don't trust statistics.
They say that 75% of all stats are incorrect! :) (get it?)
This poll was certainly not very accurate, because I was number one without having the highest rating. I just had one more vote than number two.
