Polas is preparing a huge cd-i section here

His first review is about Hotel Mario, and it looks stunning! Keep up the good work man!

It was supposed to be some interactive cd-i magazine, initiated by Le Monde. I'm sorry to say, but these all were rubbish...

Feeling the vibrations man!! :D

This Polas thing looks bloody good!! I'll have a good read of that tomorrow. I like the comedy angle...

Omegalfa just finished a new cd-i magazine (or just translated an old one? that wasn't clear for me....)

Maybe he wants to tell something about it to us?

apparantly not, but the magazine is indeed an old one from 2003, now properly translated into english.

check it out here

although you'll find it hard to read because of the small lettertype, or my resolution is too high.... or it's just me.

Thanks for the update, Omegalfa!

Hello Bas

You are right, the letter type is small. I did it to became the same size as the website's letter type.
Sorry for not answer your question but I have not seen it.
I will translate the other ones and add them later.

The next news for the website has something to see with this magazine.
It's an interview to a chef department of a French company (TF1 Entreprises) who worked on "Le Journal Interactif 1994", "Le Journal Interactif 1995" and "Un Indien dans la Ville" (Little Indian, Big City) The Game for CD-i. This game is not much known because it is inside the Video-CD of the movie (CD 2) almost only sold in France.
Now the interview is ready and that is why I only add the magazine now.

Cheers

Look forward to that one :D

This game on the VCD was it a CD-i exclusive game or some sort of Video quiz compatible with all VCD players?

It was a game included in the Video-CD.
The Movie is compiled on 2CDs. As the creator told me, they put the game inside the 2nd CD because they still have enought place to put something there.
He sent me a copy of the 2nd CD. I will try the game, but I'm not sure if the game will work. He made a direct copy from the Video-CD. This way the movie will work, but the game maybe not...

It was really a platform game.
I have some screenshots in a French CD-i Magazine (I will add them in the website after the interview).
