Updated the Games Page with a gallery of the credits screens which in the case of Philips ADS Conversions were always colourful!! Why is a dog credited

Added a Suggestive Themes boxout with information concerning the initial withdrawn cover for Arcade Classics. Also some extra details about the port of Ms Pac-man to CD-i in the Game Facts column.
